Theory on Gods

Sorry if it also seemed like I was sucking up there, you just started to seem somewhat annoyed, and I couldn't blame you, seeing the amount of the same questions on this site. As well, I wanted you to know what you have said was/is appreciated.

A wonderful thing to admit that one simply does not know if there are gods above or below.... but to take the next logical step one should ask of oneself if he or she truly care's. What would you change about what you did today if you simply knew the "answer"? I can't think of a thing, personally.

I think that this thread has "run its course". You will never convince a believer that God does not exist. And you will never convince an Atheist that He does!
Religions want to be convinced that there is "something" after death. The Atheist doesn't care if there is a God, or if there isn't!

Agreed, no point in carrying on, I learned what I have wanted to learn. Thanks to Raven and anyone else who replied.

Also to answer the question, I would not do anything. I would learn it for the soul purpose of knowing. There isn't much I could do with such knowledge without possibly changing fate.

I never believed in a true atheist,I know many people who claim to be one and I had my doubts about it too but once I heard a comment that made a lot of sense it said no matter how much a person claims that they don't believe,if they are on a plane that's about to crash everyone is going to pray to someone....I know I sure would.
I'm not saying non believers don't exist it's just my personal opinion that they are just confused.

You are wrong, Winchester. I am an Atheist. There is no way I would pray in such a situation. I have seen death, many times in battle. I have heard many a soldier ask for his mother; I have never heard one ask for God! I know what death is, and I am prepared for it at my age of 83. I do not believe there is anything after it.

Set that one soundly to bed. Lol. Best practice to not argue with a soldier about life and death. :)
