If you can pay, then your only hang up is time, and/or permission if your not old enough. I don't know your situation, but check with your school, ( if you are in school ) for scholarship trips, special educational trips, and in your community for trips sponsored by various community organizations. For instance, even though I live in a fairly small community the local Chamber of Commerce sponsors trips to Ireland every year, the local Masonic Temple sponsors trips to England, and even though I am not Christian, various Churches sponsor trips to third world countries to help them in time of need, places like Haiti. All of these trips are free, but one must apply and either write an essay, or interview as to why you should be picked. Of course, if you have money, have the time, and are old enough, whats stopping you?
We don't have anything at school,and agencies take us only across country. I'm not old enough,I would include parents of course. But they just don't really think about booking a trip and going somewhere.

Are u a one hundred percent sure about Barcelona? If you really want to get to Barcelona, you will. I can't promise the moon... but hey, who knows...
Now, in your mind decide when you want to go. And dont say now, please be realistic. If its your family you want to go with, check their schedule. Check your own schedule as well. I would pick vacation time or holiday season.
Pick a picture of Barcelona that appeals to you most. If you can photoshop a family pic into the barcelona pic, it would be great. Or you could just cut a family pic and paste it on a hard copy of the picture. Put the dates that you've decided on, under the pic. The dates after you've checked everyone's schedule, for eg: From December 12, 2011 to January 1, 2012. The trick is to believe that you've already been there. Take as many copies of this picture and put them up wherever you can see them...on the bathroom mirror, on the wall in front of the toilet seat, on your dressing table mirror, on the wall in front of your bed, as your screen saver, as your wallpaper, in your diary, a mini version in your wallet, where you keep pictures of loved ones, under your pillow, on the refrigerator, on the microwave, on the television...basically anything that you stare at. if someone at home asks you what this is... just say its something you wish will come true. Whenever your eyes fall on that picture, think about the upcoming holiday.
In the meantime... do your research well on how to get there, where you'll stay, what you'll do when you're there. Check budget flights, deals and offers, travel brochures, tour operators, travel agencies. Keep reading on Barcelona, and keep it on top of your mind. In all likelihood, the universe will conspire to make your wish come true. You just have to will it to happen with all your heart. It's just a holiday that you want, you'r not asking for the impossible..LOL... it should happen.
