I am with lark. It was something made to entertain reader and movie watchers. Most magick you see in movies and read in books are completely fake. Not all, but most. Magick, of its simplest definition, is the manipulation of nature. No, you cannot throw fire balls and create tornadoes, but you can do other stuff. Look at stuff on the Internet, but don't believe everything you read. Ask a professional, such as lark, or one of the moderators, before you necessarily believe it. Hope this helped. Blessed be.

Telekenisis? What are we trying to control here? I know within the movies of Star Wars the Jedi and Sith used what's called the Force, but as stated above it's for entertainment purposes only. There are not any recorded success of performing this thing called telekenisis thus how can we deem it truth It's simply a dream, yet we live in a place called reality in which has limitations.

Follow Larks advice, I agree completely and just start to try weeding out the portrayed images and see what the craft actually holds.

Levitation doesn't work this may be wrong to place but using an invisible string on something and moving gives great satisfaction if you ask me

Anahat Chakra or heart chakra: If one contemplates on the flame called vanlinga that resides in the heart chakra (anahat chakra), he attains knowledge beyond measure. He attains clairvoyance and can see the past, present and future. He can walk in air (khechari siddhi) and travel anywhere (Bhuchari siddhi). Through his clairvoyance he can perceive the yogins.

Contemplation is a long term meditation. On a one chakra only.

Is it true because it's Chinese? Because it's "old"? You are stating beliefs as facts! And most of it is nonsense.

I do not believe everything. But I have some years of experiences in such matters. And even if I do not know everything and I can not done everything, I guess what is possible.
In any case, meditations on chakras could help people much.
Only they should know what they are doing and why.

It's not about an age but about a praxis. Until one do not tried such a procedures, so it is hard to understand.

As a fact, there is no spell for levitation, telekinesis etc.These are potentials of the human mind.And all these faculties are all latent and inborn in man.
Therefore they can be developed by the proper
techniques.
Iam saying out of experience.
And I want to say that man do not know everything. because Universe is movement with every reality therein.
You can develop any faculty if you really want to.
