I think this is an attempt to write an interesting story. and get feedback. I don't believe a word of it!

Well I saw a link to the ABC News on facebook it gave a little bit of information on there..So I thought you guys should be aware..sorry if I irretated some of you guys.

Oh, you didn't irritate me! I loved the story!
But, I have looked at the website of Broken Arrow, and the website of the Broken Arrow newspaper(there is only one weekly newspaper!)
and there is nothing about any such case!

Well it wasn't my story, I got the link off Facebook, and it sent me to ABC News.

True brysing. Its more than likely propoganda but it did raise to mind the possibility of being a reservation school, governed by their own rules.

Nope, the story is true. Sometimes here in the US the truth is really stranger than fiction. The case was then taken up by the ACLU. https://www.aclu.org/religion-belief/aclu-oklahoma-files-federal-lawsuit-behalf-student-accused-hexing-teacher The case went to court and went up to the Federal level where it was dismissed because no constitutional rights were infringed upon. The student had initially claimed that her religious rights were violated, but then denied in court that she was Wiccan or wanted to be Wiccan. There have been other cases here in the US where students were suspended because of their Wiccan beliefs, and in every one of those cases the courts ruled in favor of the student.

Hehe, it's because I took a course on Paganism and the law during the Spring semester in 2013. We read up on a lot of these situations.
