Where do I begin and how do I become a good gentle practitioner in spell castings, as I would love to do this as a hobby and learn more about it all. What do you recommend that I read and how to start from the beginning.

I think back on when I first started seriously practicing, of course it was with something I never should have messed with: Astral Projection. I read a book about it (by the way, this book was full of warnings and practice exercises) and thought I could fly (not like superman, but I guess it was more like teleportation). I was so stupidly confident, I went right to the end of the book and could have killed myself. Now I laugh, because I have a strange sense of humor, but at the time it was no laughing matter and I could not sleep for days due to the frightening effects of my own stupidity. Thank you for your post. It is so important to heed warnings and respect the craft. Dawn

I'm new to this website but I been doing spells off and on for year when I need some help in life or just need to get a boost of energy in the morning. I think that this website would help me out a lot on practicing more and being able to get my energy level for spells go up from it all.
