TO CONTROL YOU

I just read from a thread I made asking info on the wiccan faith (looking to learn a bit more about it) ..I was informed that it makes them feel free and in control of themselves. Reading that got me thinking....

If this is true and that’s why so many of you love being a part of your faith ...why do some and I do mean just some (few)...people like to try and take control of others? Saying ridiculous things like...-->You people would be nothing without me....you all need me...allow me to be your commander and so on
I find that really stupid and I feel that whoever does place themselves up on their pedestal seriously needs a reality check . Their need to take control of others is no different than sheer dictatorship and we all don’t agree with dictators.
The way I look at it, if you believe you are your own free spirit and love what you do, then who is anyone to try and control you? Where do they get off?
I mostly find this behaviour with kids, and with them being kids you can understand it, but when adults do it..different ball game.
I wont allow anyone to control me...but however...I will seek help and guidance from others and will come forward and ask..but see, there is a difference in the two...asking someone to help you and looking to learn form others is not asking for them to control you....

What I have picked up is....when you wish to perform spells ect, you need to fully believe in it, concentration is the key. So trying to act like you are everyone’s commander and all should follow you and do as you say is not what the faith is about...for I respect everyone’s right to believe in their faith and what they do and stand for.

Lol I will admit that your different then a few. But what made you think that people are trying to be anothers commander? Did someone give you an impression of that?

I've seen it on other forums...even those who like to see themselves as vampires lol man do they like to try and control

On here I read one or two saying - you would be nothing without me ect....and it reminded me of a few others on another forum that have said the same things...weird but hey it sure happens

Most likely its the role players who were saying it. Do not get dragged in their lies. There are many people here who can tell you about real magick and Wicca.

I'm careful who I trust and know not to take it seriously when I see anyone say things like that

most people are idiots, ya just gotta learn to look past it all.
