I need advice - 3rd eye.

I know a lot of people asked this question, but I need help on how to "open-activate" the Third Eye? I know it takes a long time to activate the Third Eye, but I'm ready to do it. I have prepared for this, I bought 12 crytals that help to open The Third Eye, meditation music, etc... I need a lot of advice. Please help me!!!

Are the rest of your chakras open?

i find meditatating on the charkras good, start at the base and see each one start up /or light up like a moter and raise the energy up through the base along the spine. keep practiscing this working your way up to the crown always from the base.
I use this daily and is a good way to self balance the charkras too.
Dont forget to shut them down again.
Colour is also good if you feel a charkra is underactive/weak
for instance if you have sore throught or need to give public speach wear blue scarf.
