wierd meditative xperienc

hi everybody!

im silver > today i was meditating and i actually cleared my mind for once! but i opened my eyes half way through and my whole body was paralysed :O.

anyone have any thoughts on this?

that wat happened to me yesturday but I was meditating I think. I was looking at the mirror to stare and then imagines started poppping out of my head that I couldn't move or blink for a few minutes or was it second

lol, silver dont worry, it is perfectly normal... this moment is when your soul is completely at rest, when you poen your eyes, your body mind and soul are completely seperate, these moments are moments you need in order to gain access to astral. keep going with ur "little lessons" your getting very good and learning very quickely.
