Coven of knowlege

Everybody always says that the first thing you need to do when practicing magick is to study up on it, I think taht I might make this coven(I know I was talking about a psionics coven, but I think I'm actually qualified for this one), so what would you think about making that. That way new members can join that coven learn about wiccan/witch history(rede,creed,sabbat,etc.) then they could move on to a new coven for what they are interested in when thy understand exactly what it is they're doing.

It is a great idea. That's why I thought of it =P

But that is essentially what we are doing. Though we do not stick to one religious aspect of magick, we will ( when we get to that point ) discuss many paths so everyone has an idea if they are unsure about which direction to go.

What if it was more the history of witch's/wiccans/pagans and magick and stuff instead of what you need to know before starting, or does yours teach that also

Well...we touch on it a little. Though I'm not sure why you would have a coven of the history of it without ever teaching magick itself.

But you are free to create any kind of coven you wish really. No one's gonna stop you but Pet lol

Thanks for the support but I think your coven is better then anything I could make so I will just stay in the coven I'm in right now and learn what I can, but thanks again.
