Could someone give me some book recomendations on the control,balancing,and detailed information on the chakras.

Chakra Balancing by Anodea Judith. It not only contains a workbook but also a CD with exercises to help you open and balance your chakras.

I have Chakra Meditation by Swami Saradananda. Besides exercises,meditations and explainations on each chakra. It also includes stones,incense,flower essences,essential oils,yoga and foods for each.
