4 Season of a Witch

There are 4 seasons of witch, these are the basics:

1) Summer- charging of tools, renewal of magical energy
2) Winter- control of conformity of magic, testing season for all the advanced.
3) Fall- renewal of spirit beginning of new friendships, closing of circles, mastering of self.
4) Spring- hand fasting, control of the elements, key to eternal energy candle.

Mind you this is how energy works and where its at in the strongest, not ritual, ie. Rituals can happen anytime. Real witches dont keep any cloaks druids did.

Anyone who practices magic can feel energy and life, so being witch, magic or other. The new season is coming. They could feel it, before it arrives after it goes. The necessity of recharge is that while your on earth ~terra~ you are like earth. Anyone who practices true magic knows this without argument.

I did not know that x3 -copies it down into book of shadows- Tho for some reason I can connect to the idea of winter being a test season, for around the end of january was when I did the majority of my experiments/tests :D!

The reason we go by the seasons is that the planets are in a different alignment. So for them who cast depending on the planets have a good judgement on how powerful their spell will be.

Actually, in my experience due to my particular climate:

1) Winter/Dry Season

~ A time involving refining previous practices, a time of learning new practices, etc.

~ A time of becoming more involved in one's community and in projects, etc.

2) Summer/Wet Season

~ A time involving growing previous practices, giving them the proper time and attention, etc.

~ A time of new life, new beginnings, new growth.
