Yes they may be painful, but they are worth it in the end! And besides that is not what i asked. I asked if any of them worked, not if they were painful! They may be painful but maybe the person hates their body SO MUCH that they would be willing do endure that pain to look the way they want to!

no they are not!okay the process would take months of meditation no food,no sleeping,no bathrooms breaks.JUST MEDITATING.okay next invision if u will the fact that you are trying to distort matter on a SUB-CELLULAR LEVEL!we're talking about form the very basis of molecules and particles!now you have to create not only a circulatory system but a strong cell structure of the correct weight density and mass not to mention getting it to form!you are going to have to form not only every cell but every vein,every bend and twist,force blood flow into it(which may kill you as it would either shut off your heart or your brain due to blood pressure drop at such a rapid level) and set a skeletory and neurological system.and all that is only the beginning!dont even get me started on getting them to move much less grow feathers!
The only time anything is painful is when there's a block somewhere. Much like walking with a sprained muscle.
Maybe it's painful to those that resist the process and don't know how to Allow things to unfold by themselves.
And who's to say it's one's own human brain and will that will initiate the change?
It is most likely one's own Higher Self or the Nagual that does it by raising one's own vibratory rate for a time from where the change easily occurs as in a dream. Than you are taken back to a lower vibratory level (the Physical World Level).
When it is assumed that Power comes from oneself all things become more impossible than when one simply becomes the channel of Power itself.

what? okay i know what i'm talkibg about and it isnt possible.i met a guy who tryed to transform into a wolf.you know what happened?half of his face is now deformed and he has a hounds ear growing over his normal one.worse yet i met someone who wanted wings.they got a disfigured feather covered arm growing out of there back!this really is not something to mess with!
im sorry there appears to be some confusion. i do not mean transformation into an animal. i mean getting taller, thicker hair, bigger/smaller breasts, slimmer etc...
Those people that wanted to transform into animals were probably ruled so much by their lower reptilian brain and so full of rage and hate, mostly self-hate and hate for being "weak" due to some unresolved Trauma, that they got stuck living on that primitive circuit and now most likely look physically the way they only felt internally before. So they got exactly what they wanted. To bring the emotionally broken beast into physical manifestation.
Why else would they want to appear meaner and more beastial if it weren't because they felt vulnerable and broken as a human.
And even if they never admitted, even to themselves, their low self-esteem, brought on by one of these variables, made them want to look "special" and "cool". But you can't become anything other than what you really are.
Although true Lychans do exist, if we are to take various eyewitness reports of them seriously. And they can change from human to animal or humanimal form.
And I naturally assumed from the start that Larka didn't ask for animal/Lychan Shapeshiftings but changing one's human Appearance.
Which is brought on by a high degree of skill in what is usually called Invocation which is part of "The Art of Stalking".
Which is like Acting.... to the Nth degree.
