can I begin new coven?

I am interested in beginning a coven here on the site but there are no ways that i can input. Is there only a fixed amount of covens allowed on a site? I would like to start my own. Anybody know?

Well, I'm not sure about the set amount of covens thing, but you'd have to get your coven idea approved by Petrarca. Unless I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure you have to get it approved by Petrarca.
