One question.

the last time i asked this no one answered, but that was a while ago.

What does this mean?:
My friend did something with his necklace, and he was spinning it over my hand, and he told me to think of a question, and I did, and the necklace, instead of slowing down, sped up until it was practically horizontal, and then it slowed down really fast until it stopped and hung there as still as can be, no swinging or anything. I was wondering what does this mean?

Please someone help!!!

My guess is he was using the necklace as a pendulum, a type of divination system. The problem is that most people use pendulums incorrectly and they end up moving it themselves - not intentionally - through micro-movements of their hands.

Every person has their own system, but if there is a "typical" interpretation, a pendulum that moves side to side is a no answer, and when it moves up and down it's a yes answer - think of nodding yes and shaking your head no. The more movement it gets, the more emphatic the answer. For your situation, i would ASSUME the answer to your question was a hearty no.

If he was swinging the pendulum intentionally or not holding it correctly, it was a false result and means nothing.

I believe the theory for Pendulum use is that a Spirit moves the Pendulum for you. It takes allot of practice and self control because otherwise you could do as Ldygry said and move it yourself, but there are some people who can do it right and accurately.
