Good luck charms Part 1

In this part we will talk about Insects and how in some cultures they are seen as lucky at the end you can put some Insects that you see as lucky.

#1 Crickets: in some parts of Asia they consider the cricket to be good luck.

#2 Ladybugs: I'm sure most of us have heard this one when a ladybug lands on you it is considered good luck but if you kill it you'll have bad luck (that explains my rotten luck)

#3 Scarabs (beetle): when most of think of Ancient Egypt we think about the beetles or scarabs the Ancient Egyptians valued the scarabs.

#4 Dragonflies: The dragonfly was once considered to be a sign of a "good rice harvest."

Butterflies apparently have a great deal to do with luck, both good and bad. In Louisiana it is thought that good luck will follow shortly after a white butterfly flies into your house and flies around you. However, the same action is an omen of death in Maryland.

That is very cool Gino I never knew that but it is a good thing that you told me.
In my house or culture we believe that if a bug flies into your house that it is a dead family member coming by to visit.

Spiders - have always meant good luck to professional weavers and spinners for obvious reasons. For some, it is supposed to bring good luck in money matters.

also if you kill a spider it is said that it will rain.

hi barbie, thanks i didnt know tht all these insects were lucky. oh and srry i havnt been on lately cz i was in virginia
