What happened to me?

Hello,

Yesterday morning, I woke up. I was still tired, so I tried to go back to sleep. Suddenly, these things happened:

+ Body went numb.
+ Could see nothing but white.
+ Could hear nothing but "radio static" and heartbeat.
+ Heartbeat was accelerating at an abnormally fast rate.

Please know that I was fully aware of everything that was happening. I kicked my foot upward to snap myself out of it. Still, I'm confused...

Was this astral projection, or something else? I was terrified at the time, but curious now.

Are you sure you were awake and this wasn't a lucid dream?

Pretty sure. I knew I was lying down, and could hear the cars outside before it happned.

I think that isn't anything magic.

Well, it wasn't astral projection, because you have to be unconscious for that. You could have been hit by your own rebounding curse, or someone curse you. But I'm just saying, it seem more medical than magical to me.

According to one of Silver Ravenwolf's books, astral projection affects both the respiratory system and heartbeat. So never mind all, this thread may be closed now.
