I need a spell!

I need a spell, particularly one for summoning. I've been having some troubles in life, and i'm seeing america's economy going the same way germany's was before WW2. I belive that we need a strong leader in these times, and to do this we need the STRONGEST SOURCE OF POWER IN THE WORLD! So, i need a spell to summon a leader for us. However, the last time a leader was summoned, he went slightly crazy and killed millions. So, in case of an error, we must make not one, not two, but FIFTY Adolf Hitlers!

Join me in this attempt to rid the world of it's problems once and for all!
