hi, im 16, i believe in no god, i got prolems that need sorting out in my lift, people know secrets about me, and i want them gone for good,

soo can someone help
or give me some tips on what to do

If you seriously wish the secrets to disappear, YOU have to stop thinking about them. It will not be easy, but can be done with practice.
