i think i healed myself

a couple of days ago i was trying to sit on my knees but every time i used to pull a muscle in my foot but while i was medatateing (spelling?) i felt a huge tingle feeling on my forehead and my hands so i put 1 of my hands over my bad foot and the tingle passed to my foot then i tried siting on my knees again and my foot was fine.
so is there a reasonable explanation or could i have sumhow healed myself (plus what was the tingle???)
