i heard about a technology called hemi-sync that is good for the brain and can help with astral projection

It changes your state of mind, it can help with alot of things, like ap. Meditation lucid dreaming and more. I have tried some of them and i think that it can help. I have never done ap whit it but i think that can help :) you shold try it

I'd research "binaural beats" (YouTube has some nice vids), and hemi-sync is mentioned here in this page on AP (see the "Monroe Technique"):
