Can you wear anything that stops someone from casting a spell or contacting you Psychic way?

My friend told me about Crystals.

Last night I contacted a Psychic place and a few hours afterwards I got a strange feeling in my 3rd eye, like someone had plugged something in lol

I don't have the information to hand but there are certainly a number of crystals that help with psychic defence I can get a list to you later but you could always google it, remember to cross reference a few sites to get the most reliable information though, you may also consider looking deeper into shielding, most people choose energy manipulation to help improve a psychic shield

If your looking for crystal info, I know theres a few books all about crystals and their properties/uses.

Hematite is a good deflector. It not only grounds you, absorbs negative energy (you need to cleanse it often in running water), but the shiny surface deflects negative energy.

Wearing an eye pendant helps ward off negative energy.

Learning to ward or shield is also good. Check out "Mastering Witchcraft" by Paul Huson for beginning warding and shielding, and "Psychic Self Defense" by Dion Fortune for advanced techniques.
