also i recommend anything qi gong which tai chi is only a splinter of , chakras and urm lots and lots of meditation , physical exercise and umm learn how each chakra is actualy a different kind or can produce a different kind of energy most people associate chi with just the physical lower chakras but this s incorrect chi is any produced by the body , , while the physical chakras will benifet your martial artist the most the higher chakras will lets say expand all your workings , physical magical , or spiritual , this will also fall under the blanket terms energy manipulation, direct magic , channeling at least once into more advanced learnings plus a good understanding on chakras , good health habits, good diet, , and stuff of tis order , i studied various methods since about thirteen just piecing together what i know bit by bit from 1000s of sources and not until a year ago roughly did i have internet , shew havent started knoking people down yet but zero force isnt my thing i tend to focus on death blows like Dim Mak and draining my oppents energy with physical blows , and i also have learned a quivering palm used to set up vibrations in oppeonent and copuple with a rassengan , or coolapsed and reconstructed energy ball can be devestating to say the least, well now hope you find what your looking for if not send me a mail unless your expecting overnight results, which is possibkle just dont expect it, i am fairly busy right now trying to get into college and all but send me a mail with what you like to know ill at least find you a place to start thank you blessed be and all that jazz , anbd my own personal norse favorite may there be a road
