Need help on easy spells

I have been having trouble with spells and i quite do not understand why. Is it because i expect immediate results? AM i doubting the spell?

Results are not always immediate. If this IS what you are expecting then perhaps you need to try and find different spells that produce immediate results. Perhaps it is not the spell you are doubting but rather yourself. Practice and patience goes a long way in magick.

So i should stop expecting immediate results. That i can do. Its the doubt that is hard to get rid of. I've tried to not think of doubt but it comes back and dosn't allow me to do spells. Can someone help me with this issue?
