astral travel-help

hey guys, how did u feel after your first astral projection?...i think i did it but i am not sure...well i was only able to lift myself to the ceiling of my room and turn and look at my physical body though...and after that i felt really awkward...sort of dizzy....

completely normal for a beginner. It takes time and practice, just make sure to always come back to your body. One of the leading causes of Witch deaths in this day and age, is that they will astrally project themselves and never return to their bodies.

Hey!! How did you guys astral project? I keep trying and trying and there is still no success. But I've had symptoms of getting out but I just dont get any success. PLEASE HELP ME!!

its not about having or not having powers...its about developin yor magical self and anyone can do that!!!

i've done it while i was asleep a few times, but i cant remember hopw i did it, or if any symptoms occurd
