help me please

i have had really bad luck for 3 weeks now. everyday, i have been hurt either physically, or emotionally. is there a way i can tell if this is a curse, and if it is, what is a good way to get rid of it?

try some cleansing and grounding, no need to assume a spot of bad luck is a curse, however, a cleansing is always good practice, and can't do any harm, plus if anything is around you, it will be banished by the cleansing.
