We dated for almost 4 years and at the beginning of the relationship he introduced me to Wicca, so he became my teacher and basically taught me almost everything he knows. He also told me that he USED to be apart of the occult and was once a satanist...He told me that with the occult he tampered a lot with dark magick but gave back the necessary fees to the spirits once doing it. When he started dating me I guess he turned more towards white magick....anyways the reason to why he is my ex is because he started using drugs habitually, like acid, k, ..and it was worrying me and I know that it could ruin his physical and emotional self.
I feel like he has lost respect from everything including himself and he doesn't care about what happens to him. One of the last times we had talked he told me he was not able to communicate to spirits anymore and he started crying.. Umm basically I am asking if something bad could happen to him now that he has stopped practicing his religion and is using drugs?
Occult, Satanist, Dark magic sounds to me that someone's just using the 3 words that are presumed to be linked with Satanism.
From what i can gather he is definitely not a LaVeyan Satanist as he seems to have lost direction and himself and overindulgence of drugs is frowned upon.
Magic is not the answer, you must find the psychological issue that has caused this downward cycle and deal with it from there
The only bad thing that can happen to him is that he is on the road to becoming an addict. If he uses drugs habitually as you said, you should try to get him to go into rehab. Then he can help himself.
Many people experience a spiritual downfall when they abuse of their body with drugs, and other messy things. He has obviously turned his back on many beliefs, and maybe life itself. Help him reminding him of how important it is to take care of your body for attunement.
The combination of drugs used make me wonder if he stopped being able to speak to spirits before or after use. Those are powerful hallucinogenics. A lot of people who use them regularly have an issue with the world at large and not fitting in to it sober. While on these drugs, the world is altered and meshed together where some claim to feel one with the universe. Off the drugs, the person is "nothing".
You want to know if something bad can happen to him? Absolutely. Anything from permanent brain damage to death. That has little to do with stopping with his religious practices though.
He needs rehab, psychological treatment and spiritual advisement and most importantly, support.
On a side note, "occult" seems to have a bad rap. All religions are part of the definition of occult. Including Abrahamic ones.
Occult- 1. Of, relating to, or dealing with supernatural influences, agencies, or phenomena
He told me before he converted to Wicca he was a satanist for a little while like attending meetings with other satanists in our town...then he found Wicca and stopped being a satanist.
He was really good at his craft and focused on it for a long time...but then he started going to parties and doing all kinds of messed up stuff to his body. He thinks these drugs are fun and you "learn about yourself" but he is completely lost. He used to always have a calm composure and now all his emotions are out of whack like when I was telling him I was worried he laughed and then got angry at me for not doing it with him.
I was just wondering if these drugs make the third eye weaker and will make it hard for him to go back to the position he was before.
