Hi, welcome to the site! Did you come to the site looking to cast a spell? Or for someone to cast a spell for you? Since this site is a magic site, I am guessing it's one of the two options above, if you are a beginner, I suggest you start with basics before doing anything impulsively. :)

I agree with Sesa. Also, please take into account the three-fold law. While I doubt that a beginner could actually mold someone to their will - no offense intended to anyone, but experience does usually matter - even attempting to do so could be detrimental to both the caster and intended recipient.

(O.O wow, I didn't know that I knew so many big words)

(But I guess it depends on what you call a big word. None of these are as big as disestablishmentarianism.)
