Controling Empathy

Empathy is the ability to feel the emotions of other beings.
I myself am an empath this ability developed a few months ago and it was hard to cope with. in time i found a way to control it.
First you need to know aura reading for this to work, as auras are just emotions that circle a person.

Okay so you have done aura seeing now follow theese steps:

when in a room of people try to tap into as many auras as you can.

Then, you should notice bits of aura coming at you and thats how empathy works.

This is the hard part, you need to imagine your aura being a sheild and blocking the auras and sending them to there owners.

this will take practice but in time you will be able to drop the shield to all people or one.

You know Merlin, I dont see auras, but I feel vibes. Call me a big fat softy but I can sense negative and positive vibes from a mile. Its like you step into a room and sense the emotional temperature instantly...little difficult to describe. In case of a negative vibe, I do try to sheild myself with white light. But sometimes that doesn't work...and that's probably because I'm the big fat softy that I am. Any tips on how to sheild ones energy when they dont see auras?

Imagine a shield around you blocking out all unwanted feelings. I'm an empath also and this works great for me.

There is another way, If you take on a bad emotion think the opposite and concentrate on that and it should balance out the bad. :)
