hey is it possible that mortal that has a lot of anger built up inside turn that into dark magic at all?

It is Possibly just make sure you dont flip out at anyone an try mediation to relive some of your anger

Sounds like chaos magick would be your best bet. It has its own set of theories about magick, so pick up a good book.

Chaos isn't dark, its neutral, but it uses emotion to fuel it from what I understand.
