This thread will explain everything you need to know about astral temples! Astral Temples are temples that are created for your personal and magickal uses. They can be used to do anything you wish. For example, you are a teen, who has a fairly solid astral temple, and has no items and/or privacy to conduct these spells. You go to your astral temple to do your magick. When doing magick in your astral temple, depending on the spell, such as a make it rain spell, if you can target a certain spot in the physical world with the spell, it will effect it. Magick done in the astral plane will effect the physical world also depending on what it is.
So, you want an astral temple? Well here is how to create one! (It is probably a good idea to design on a piece a paper by words and drawing what your temple should look like first).
1. Get in to a comfortable spot where you can easily relax in (like a bed or soft chair).
2. Get in to a meditative state where you are one with your mind, body, and soul.
3. Imagine a door/portal/gate way leading in to your astral temple.
4. Imagine the landscape, is it near a beach, a mountain, a floating island, imagine the sky, is it earth like, is it purple, neon green? Think of the plantation that may surround the temple.
5. Decorate the outside of your temple. Is it a huge pyramid, or a stone slab with inscriptions? Is their flags, gates, walls, lights, anything you want, your imagination is the only limitation of what your temple looks like.
6. Add the insides, decorations, t.v.'s, a shrine, a made up animal pet or maybe a made up human to accompany you. Your imagination is your limit.
7. Your done making your astral temple, at first when visiting your astral temple, it won't feel so real at first, that's normal. The more you visit your temple and its rooms, the more solid the temple will become. This is the hardest step for some, because some people aren't patient enough to solidify their astral temple. It takes time, visit it often, and it will slowly solidify.
List of things you can do in an astral temple (these are just examples):
-Casting magick spells and rituals
-A place for personal uses like t.v. and stuff
-A place for privacy
-To talk and even control others while they sleep
The last example given is to only be used responsibly. You can command peoples souls to come to your astral temple to talk. The people you wish to talk to must be asleep, so they may dream it. Command a soul to your astral temple, and you may talk to it and even command it.

Apprentice1. Breathe. Follow the sound of your breath, breathe deep and slow and allow your consciousness to drift with your breath. You can get so deep that you wnot even be aware of your body =) hope this helps.
Or you guys can also try Zen Meditation to enter even deeper brainwave states from Beta (active) to Alpha going deeper to Delta.

Thanks so much for this, I'm gonna try this as well when I finally learned how to Astral Project haha, and I have to admit that doing spellwork, energy manipulation stuff, and rituals and something alone those lines, are more powerful if done in the Astral Plane.
(Also, this is useful if you want to locate your "Soul Mate" as people say, go to your astral temple, then try and track that soul mate of yours, and see if he/she is sleeping, and if they do, invite their soul to come and talk to you, just hope that they will remember that dream afterwards, better if you two share your e-mails and who knows you two can talk through e-mail and get to know each other haha).
BTW, for Old Souls, they have their own realms, so I think Astral Temple can be build through your own realms in the Astral Plane if for example you're an old soul. It's better cuz I think your realm is also the seat of your soul's power or something like that, so spells, energy manipulation stuffs and rituals are more effective.
