A good read

The other day I stopped at a cornerstore book shop in the town by my property. And might I say walking in was an experiance all on its own! Inside there were stacks of old books all the way to the roof. Untreated wooden floors and dim yellow lighting sprinkled the interior. It was like wazlking into a hollywood set. The shop was ran by a little old woman and her husband. Both of whom I believe were also practisoners in the craft based on decoration among the books and their attire. Her husband, whom showed himself very littl, had flowing white hair and a beard. It was like meeting Gandalf himself (haha).

Amongst their occult section (Which was rather large might I add) I found a very intuitive book titled, `The complete illustrated book of the Psychic Sciences`. The authors are some I do not recognise but after a brief trip to the author biography in the back they seem to have a decent amount of works on pagan and occult workings among some other interesting titles. The two authors were Walter B. Gibson and Litzka R. Gibson.

The book covers several divination topics such as: Astrology, Cartomancy, Colorology, dice divination, Domino divination, Dream interpretation, Graphology, Numerology, Moleosophy, Palmistry, Phrenology, Physiognomy, Radiesthesia, talisman and charms, Tasseography, Telepathy and Yoga/ Meditation.

I recommend all 403 pages. The book is defenatly in my top favorites for such topics.

If any of Yall have read/own the book I would love your feelings on the work. And also I would love to hear some more of Yalls favorites.

The best part of the book was probably that she sold it to me half price!

Check a public library for some more titles. They should have some.

But if you are limited to your school library there are plenty of free ebooks online.

I often use ebooks when I can not find the book I am looking for, I don't use librarys as my local library would tell my parents if I borrowed a occult book.

Would they really? O:

Why would you have an occult section if they are going to harass you everytime you check one out. Sounds pretty dumb.
