This drives me nuts!

Hey guys, I am a ceremonial magician here and I have a question. When I went upstairs to go to sleep something happened, when I was on the verge of sleeping something wakes me up. It is something like a little fall sensation and a gut feeling. I had experienced this around 4-6 times straight while I was trying to fall asleep. Also by the way my eyes automatically open and I could not fall asleep. Can you tell me what happened? Mundane or Magickal your opinions help...
