Psionics black or white magic?

As the title says... Is the branch of psionics part of the black, grey or white magic?

Its not any kind of magic. Its a skill

But some say its a kind of magic too... Coz like magic it needs mind power too

But thats just it. Its using your mind to control the psi that around you. Its not magic where you cast spells or use candles or anything like that

Psionics is just a branch of metaphysical traits in the world of Dungeons and Dragons.

Oh heres a new question... Is psionics for real? Or just an imaginative fiction type of skill?

Think of it this way...if was thought...more probable is that is real...just like clones and flying cars.... ^_^ so, it is real (I am the believer of all things)
