Question about Healing

Hello all.
I have a question about healing:is it real, and if yes you just touch someone and he/she heals, or it takes a long time like a therapy?

as far as im aware instant healing with a touch doesnt exsist however healing spells can be quite effective. ive cast a few before. all spells can take time sometimes days, weeks or months.

Balancing and healing chakras is i good form of healing it isnt instantaneous. Here is a quick technique.
To start the chakra healing lay down somewhere comfortable and place each stone on the correct chakra:( there are lots of different crystals for each chakra but here are some of the more common ones):

Crown chakra- citrine or quartz
Third eye chakra- amethyst
Throat chakra- aquamarine or lapis lazuli
Heart chakra- rose quartz or peridot
Solar plexus chakra- tigers eye
Sacral chakra- red jasper
Base chakra- bloodstone or carnelian

Leave them on the chakra areas for around 15 minutes and visualise all the energies healing your body astral project if that helps.

I've never heard of Citrine for the Crown Chakra.. as far as I was aware its main use is for the Sacral Chakra. Oh well; I suppose different people find use in different things.

On the second link, just click on the chakra/s you are interested in, and at the side it should tell you most of the gemstones that work well with that particular chakra.

And Celeste, I think you may be thinking of something called Reiki. Reiki is otherwise known as 'palm healing.' This is where people pass ki through the palms, healing certain points on the body. I suggest you Google about on it. :)

yes crystals and their properties are different depending on personal use yes citrine can be used as a sacral chakra crystal as it good for re energizing and recharging. The reason i said for the crown chakra is because its a cleanser. Also according to some sources if you wear citrine on your fingers or throat it is supposed to bring down a golden ray of psychic protection into the physical realm.

I can heal with my energy. So far I can heal heartburn minor aches and bruises. Some people won't believe me but that is their problem. For me healing exists.
