Lucid Dreaming

I thought it might be helpful to tell that I learned to be a lucid dreamer when I was younger by telling myself to look at my hand in my dream. I kept telling myself that when I looked at my hand I would wake up. At first I would do this and know I was dreaming and imediately wake up. With practice I could do so and not wake up and then I could eventually control my dreams. This took practice and many nights of telling myself to look at my hand in my dream but was also the easiest way for me to learn to be a lucid dreamer and let my conscience be in touch with my sub conscience. Hope this works for someone else also.

I once had a Lucid Dream. I noticed that when I pinched myself, I felt nothing. I then noticed that this was infact a dream and I was able to jump around, doing flips and such. I had forgotten about this dream until reading your post xD. I will try to look at my hand in the next dream I remember.

I had many lucid dreams when I was little... I didn't like it at all back then I was afraid I don't know why... Usually I was trying to wake up.... When I grow older I started to enjoy it... Usually it happens when I meditate before go to sleep.... I put some levander under my pillow that smell is hypnotizing and works great...
