Hello all,

I am new to this site and to the whole magical community, care to share any tips or advice for a beginner like myself ?

I would start with your basics. Keep in mind that everyone's "basics" may and often do differ, but here are just a few general things to look over and try to familiarize yourself with.

*Meditation

*Visualization

*Grounding

*Centering

*Belief in yourself and your abilities

*Circle Casting and Releasing

*Correspondences (colors, days, lunar phases, etc)

Hope this helps.

Thank you Lonicera,

That will be a good basis to start with.
Will thoroughly read through the articles provided on the site to improve my knowledge.
Might be good to acquire a special notebook/journal for my experiences and important basics :)

Any easy/low level spells or charms I should start with, or is that info detailed in the articles ?

Thanks in advance,
Bart

Most of the information is in the provided articles, but if you have a specific area of interest I would try either joining a coven associated with that interest or asking around in the chatter for some tips and/or help. I know quite a good number of the covens now offer classes to their members, so try looking there after you read over the articles.

Thank you for the replies, I better start reading.
Sorry about posting in the wrong forum.

Not sure what an energy ball is, so I am first going to learn some more.
