Electrokinesis or not?

I think I'm electrokinetic...well,actually, i dunno if it's really electrokinesis, maybe it's called some other way. The thing is that i can break tv's, cellphones,and other stuff,with my mind. I even had my computer repaired 4 times because of that. And it seems that it happens only when I'm really pissed off, or depressed.
I need some help `cause i can't control it!And please, don't tell me that such things don't exist, `cause if they don't why am I able to do it?/:)

Hey pal were the same! Thats not elektrokinesis the correct term for that is poltergism to cure that you need to learn psionics or need to control psi.. It seems i'm not the only one here gifted with natural psionic abilities

A way to control it can be through meditation and trying to harness you emotions and energies. If one has to try to meditate to obtain a type of kinesis, then it should work the same way.
