Dizzy Spells

Okay, this started happening all of a sudden, its strange but, during or after my spells i get dizzy or light headed, like right after you blow up a really big balloon... its a strange sensation that I dont know how to react to, does it mean it worked? Or is it because I used up alot of energy, or...what?

Do you ground and center before and after your work?

If so, you may need to G&C more often, or more extensively...

the only thing I do beforehand is meditate on the spells purpose and me getting the result and stuff like that.

You may be hyperventilating during your spells or forgetting to breathe.

Also if you're getting into a deep meditation or trance, take your time leaving it and coming back to the awareness of your body. Have cakes and tea in the circle with you and enjoy it after the spellwork.
