Hello there. I use AP to interact more easily with my partner, Paerra. Even though we are close, we still feel so far apart, and it's affecting us both drastically. What can we do to make her more physical?

While theoretically possible, it is incredibly difficult for a person's astral form to manifest physically (technically it already has mass, but a drop of water weighs more than a person's soul). You would basically have to create a "clone" body of the person in question at the location they were projecting for what your suggesting to occur. Two astral forms interacting with each other, on the other hand, can be a very "physical" experience, so long as you are properly attuned to have a noteworthy sense of touch. I'm sorry, but that is the only option I can think of and probably the only one available to you.

Thank you! Since option one isn't feasible for me, is there any way I could use option two more efficiently?

when you say partner are you refering to your astral self/body or anther astral person because ive heard both be called the same thing.

If it is anther astral person you there are ways of helping spirits become more physical. However if she/he is attached to a physical body it will be very diffucult because there is already a physical presents in this world and there cant be two of some one on the same plane of existance.

and practice will make you more attune. Heres a trick I was taught. The more you handle astral objects, the more attuned you become. I walk around my house will random astral stuff in my hands, some times try and play wall tennis with an astral ball.
