Alternativev Elementals

hi everyone i just wanted to see if anyone had some suggestions or opinions on calling different species of elementals when they cast a ritual circle. For instance instead of calling the sylphs salamanders undines and gnomes to ones circle. calling spirits like golins for earth kitsunes for fire necks for water and foletti for air how do you htink the magic would be disharmonious if i called spirits from diferent mythologies. Do you think it would warp the intent of my magic somehow?

Thoughts Suggestions?

Calling spirits that you find yourself closest to makes sense. Most of these things are different names for the same general kind of spirit anyway, given to them by different cultures from around the world.

I do not think it would "warp your intent" any. If anything it may help give the energy you are sending out a boost. As for harmony, all things connect in some way, shape or form. Just because it comes from one religion or culture, it does not mean it will clash with another :)
