elements

i was wondering if anyone could help me on finding my element
i feel a conection to all 4 elements and stuff but i just dont know im free spirted, have a esialy disrupted temper, i love water im very calm, and i love animals and they love me please help if you can and all :)

whats ur zodiac? thats how the egyptians found theres. if u are water, ur a cancer, scorpio, or pices (note, more planets than the sun afect u, u have underling elements as well).

There are several good forum postings about finding your element(s). I'd utilize that nifty search bar up there and read some of them. You don't have to pick and choose an element. Most would say your element can be whatever you feel comfortable with. You could have multiple elements. Spend some time with each one and see how you like them.

If you feel connected to all the elements than you are most likely spirit. My element is spirit. Also if your element is spirit than you would also like harmony and feel unbalanced if for example people are fighting.

like what should i do really

Spend time with nature, sit by a fire, go swimming, etc. Just spend time with them, not that complicated. I think meditation works best though, so maybe try that.
