Entropy Curse

Can anybody please explain the mechanics/theory behind the Entropy Curse?
And perhaps any mechanics of breaking such?

entropy curse? is there an entrpoy curse? what is it then? please do define.. lol..

coz you know i'm a chemical engineering student and that entropy (the second law of thermodynamics) is a bit excruciating subject.. lol..

actually, i'v become interested about the word "entropy." lol..
