Just a question.

I am new to this site, so I am not certain that this is where I must go to ask questions - however I will ask it anyway.

I have a friend, a girl who believes this spirit that follows us is evil - and in turn being new to this spiritual and magical world, I believe everything she said. Until recently, I started to think about this thing following us. It wasn't evil. It didn't harm anyone but her, because of a past conflict she had with it. It didn't try to harm anyone but her, and I thought, why is it so evil then? It even helped me when spiritual pressure in my school was thick and making me sick. Honestly, she has been very sketchy lately and I rethink things she says but I know for a fact this spirit is not evil.

And so I wanted to meet it. What I was going to ask is, do you think I should? And if I should, what spell would you recommend or how would you recommend me to see or hear this spirit? Or do you think that I should listen to the girl?

Dont listen to the girl! It sounds like it might be your spirit guide. Not sure what that is? Basicly a spirit that helps and protects you while on earth. I dont think a whole ritual spell is necesary to just simply talk with him (its safe to say him as spirits in reality are sexless)simply meditating can get it done. Meditate for a bit then ask him questions or ask him for information you need to know. Pay attention to any random thoughts and sensations you get, and remember to be respectfull. And note that the more you pay attention to him the more closer you will be. You can use some sort of tool to aid in communication for example a pendulum.
