Dark=/= Evil

I'm tired of people equating darkness to evil...that is not necessarily true. Darkness is essential to life and light. Without darkness, no seed can germinate (it needs the darkness of the earth). If we have no darkness and no night, how are we supposed to sleep (a necessity to health and happiness). Without darkness, we wouldn't know light and vice versa! We need both. I rest my case. I agree!!! That is why I say dark magic and not black. Because dark doesn't mean evil just more abrasive. Just like light magic (not white) means gentle and healing. Well for me anyway.

there is only intent, that's what people don't see. for instance with the healing spell mentioned. let's say your friend is sick, so you cast a spell to heal them, but they don't want anything to do with magic. you may be doing good, but you're imposing your will on another, making it negative. these things need to be thought about, most people don't.

You're all right but black doesn't necessarily mean evil ether,i my opinuon white magick is magick cast during the the same as light magick and it can both help and hurt and black magick is dark magick and it can help or hurt it's the energy you fule the magick with that makes it light or dark.

Yes, there is a different energy to dark magick. I do not mean evil when I say dark. The energy feels deeper as though it comes from the core. I do not believe in evil magick, only evil intentions. Just thought I would share since I am new.

I put it as left handed path and right handed path. magick has no coliours and should not need labels but using LHP and RHP help people understand what you practice.
