I feel this counsuming hatred over me what should i do

I don't know what your beliefs are, but if you practice with evil energies, they may be seeping into your spirit and bringing you down. If this is the case, use purification spells to rid your spirit of these negative influences. Either way, you definitely need to meditate. There are numerous ways of doing this; you'll probably benefit from daily meditation to relax the body of its tension and free the mind and spirit from this overwhelming hatred. Don't expect it to be all gone in just one session, it takes commitment. Also, meditation can help you come up with other ways to help yourself in this situation, which could involve spells, rituals, herbs, oils, stones, et cetera.

You could meditate and see this anger as a colour for example red. Seein your minds eye that you are turning this colour compleatly to another eg white. As you do this feel the hate seep away from you and let it be replaced with a feeling of calm. I found this works for me when dealng with strng emotions.

Also usig a black candle. Sit facing it and transfer you negativity to the falme of the candle and see it burning away.

it feels likeing its climbing up my arm and but when i do feel it.It hurts like hell but it increaces my strength and speed by like 10 folds
