where can you buy spell books,magic books, studying magic books, books where to put your notes on magics, etcs

You can buy all of these type of books at any bookstore. Look in the "New age" section, or the "alternate religions" section. Places like that.

i you know a specific book you want you might be able to find it as an eBook on Google worst case you can order in off a website

You can Look into the new age section of your local bookstore. There are some books there or you can look into your local Library for books.

You can also buy them off Amazon.com or from this site or even download e-books :D
