looking for help

hello everyone ummmmmm...so, i have this problem where, whenever i talk to my girlfriend about our magic, or if i study it, i tend to.....lose track of my spirit, and i lose it temporarily, and it scares my girlfriend so much when that happens, but i don't know how to stop it from happening...this has actually happened my whole life, i've just never noticed it until she told me...so if anyone has any help for me, please, i kind of need it.

ive been studying for a few years not on this website both others and books but i havent came across that unless its astral projection which i never studied

i don't know what it is, but i know its something dangerous.
