question

when i am around a lot of people, or haven't used any energy in a while, i get this like built up feeling. i start feeling hot and i get waves of heat throughout my body. if i let it go unchecked i begin "leaking" energy and attracting some nasties. when i cast something during one of these episodes, the effect is severe. for example if i were to call rain, it would rain for a week... any ideas on what may be happening?

Have you been opening your chakras or something? It might have given you a new energy balance... you can try closing them when you don't need them, or simply make a shield or a new psychic "skin" and keep it up, or do some grounding exercises (pushing the excess energy into the earth. I find carrying a bit of gray hematite is better for this than quartz.) Hope this helps.

not too sure, you try buring the energy of by running or exersise or something? you absorb energy from your surrondings wether you notice or not.
