Blue Moon?

Hi all - quick question, on august 31st when it is the blue moon and spells are more powerfull does is matter what time you do the spells can it be day or does it have to be night. Is is okay to cast for yourself or will you be punished for casting for good things for yourself

doesn't matter unless you're someone who believes each hours is under the rule of a planet so certain spells are better at those times. myself, i just go with moon phases unless it's a really REALLY important spell. whatever time works best for you unless the spell specifies is fine.
