My Theory of Stone Henge

My theory is that Stone Henge was built by wiccans. Wicca existed in Europe before Christianity was spread. It was recently discovered that it was a burial ground and where better to contact spirits than a burial ground. There was also a theory that there is a large collection of energy over stone henge, this is a theory to connect aliens to it, but Wiccans use the energy of the universe so it was built in a good spot. Also there is a river there so they could have used places around it to grow herbs and what not.

That may or may not be true. I've also heard that it is a large lunar calendar for druids. I think the calendar part makes sense because at a certain part of the year, the setting sun is right at a certain spot between two stones and cause the middle "dial" to cast a shadow. It's possible that wiccans and druids could have used it to keep track of things like Beltane and other lunar holidays.

Yeah, that's what most theories say. I do think druids were more common than wiccans in that area as well.

I've read your bio Wind and I've got to say, by your picture you look fairly young but you are very mature about things. It's good to see more people like you here. That really had nothing to do with the thread but, I felt it was necessary. :)

Stonehenge is still used by druids and many others. Have been inside the stones myself very very cool lol.
